This is a very small garden that was developed right in the heart of a city (Halifax) and is next door to a huge commercial complex. In all, the garden may be 30 feet by 30 feet and is host to perennials, shrubs and vines. The dahlias are the high light of the garden once August arrives. They are grown quite closely and perhaps because to the industrial pollution, air wigs seem to not be in existence.
